Our onsite restaurant offers our friends and our guests a great variety of local,
international, and German cuisine for their dining pleasure. Everything thing from typical
Honduran fare (Tipico), to sumptuous Chateaubriand to mouth watering Wiener Schnitzel
can be seen coming through the doors of our custom designed kitchen! Five to seven
course dinner meals are our specialties.
Our main chef, Juergen Peters, traces his extraordinary abilities in the kitchen to his love
of food, and the honing of his remarkable skills preparing meals for his many friends over
decades of entertaining, both professionally and personally. Juergen’s highly sought
after steaks are served with one basic tenet: “If a steak knife is needed to cut our steaks,
we would not serve that steak to our customer”. Don’t bother to look as there are no
steak knives to be found within this establishment… Delectable cheeses in many varieties,
as well as several hearty sausages, are hand crafted especially for our restaurant and
are prepared and served with pride.
For our guests only, Hotel Rainbow Village also offers breakfast and lunch, to be had at
your leisure. An early riser? Anything from simple coffee and tarts to specialized omelets
and our prize winning sausages are prepared for your pleasure. Lunches can be as light
or as complete as you might desire. Fruits, cheeses and oven warm homemade bread or
buns might please some, while others may be desirous of something more substantial; like
a cheeseburger, medium rare, with hand cut seasoned fries or even fresh catch of the
day. Just advise the staff; we are here to make your stay enjoyable in all aspects! Please

| The public hours of the restaurant and bar are as follows: Monday to Wednesday from 4 pm to 9 pm Thursday to Saturday from 12 pm to 10 pm Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm and , of course, by appointment for special occasions As mentioned above, the opening hours do not apply for the guests of our hotel.
